Online Galleries MUST be selected within 2 weeks as they will be deleted after this period.
It is not Forever Treasures Responsibility if images are not selected by this time frame.
Raw files will be kept for a period of 3 months; however if the customer fails to download their images or select their galleries after this point they will not be able to retrieve these images as they will have been deleted.
Digital files that have been paid for are provided NOT Raw files.
Once the session fee has been paid, this is not REFUNDABLE; as you have committed to having the photoshoot and time has been taken to undertake the consultation call/emails/creating gift voucher etc and space will have been left in the diary to accommodate you and other custom may have been turned away.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and MUST be used within 6 months of their issuing.
